A Strange Sound

Rico had never really been a cat person, or even a pet person, to be honest. One day, while working at a construction site, he heard a strange crying sound coming from underneath a pallet. Curiosity got the best of him, and he decided to check it out.

A Tiny Kitten

When Rico lifted the pallet, he found a tiny kitten all by herself. There was no mother cat around. Even though Rico wasn’t experienced with pets, he knew he had to make sure the kitten was okay. He thought the mother cat might come back, so he left the kitten there for a while and returned later to check on her.

A New Friend

When Rico returned, the kitten was still alone. Feeling responsible, he decided to take her home. His plan was simple: make sure she was healthy and take her to a shelter for adoption. But as he made her a temporary home out of a cardboard box and bought her food and supplies, something changed.

Vet Visit

Rico took the kitten, which he named Ruby, to the vet. The vet confirmed that she was healthy. Rico was relieved and happy. He thought his job was done, but he didn’t expect what happened next.

Falling in Love

As days went by, Rico found himself falling in love with Ruby. He enjoyed having her around and watching her funny antics. Soon, he couldn't imagine his home without her.

Official Adoption

Rico decided to officially adopt Ruby. Now, he proudly calls himself a cat dad. He even created a channel called Ruby from Cyprus to share updates and funny moments with Ruby.

This is how Rico, who wasn't a cat person at first, became the happiest cat dad ever.
