Indiana Bones: The Skeleton Museum Cat's Mission to Help Fellow Felines
Meet Indiana Bones: The Skeleton Museum Cat With a Mission
A cat is making big waves at a skeleton museum. Indiana Bones, the museum's resident feline, has started a new positivity program. Through his Kitty Committee, Indiana is raising money for the Moore Animal Shelter - the same place where he was adopted from.
How Indiana Bones Is Making a Difference
The Kitty Committee has created two ways to help the animal shelter. The first is through special Indiana Bones merchandise. I recently received a package from Indiana himself (yes, a cat sent me mail!).
Unboxing Indiana's Care Package
Inside the package was an amazing Indiana Bones t-shirt that quickly became my new favorite. There was also a cool Indiana Bones sticker that looks perfect on my water bottle.
The Kitty Committee didn't stop there. They included a sweet note along with some non-Indiana items. One was a 1/6th replica of a lion skull. This mini skull looks a lot like the domestic cat bones shown in a famous photo of Indiana. The package also contained playing cards decorated with - what else - bones!
How You Can Help
All money from Indiana Bones merchandise goes directly to the Moore Animal Shelter. To find these items, visit the Skulls Unlimited website and search for "Indiana Bones" at the top. They offer several different designs to choose from.
The second way to help is through an Amazon wish list set up for the Moore Animal Shelter. You can find links to this wish list on Indiana's social media pages.
Limited Time Opportunity
The Indiana Bones positivity program will run for about two months, so there's still time to participate. This skeleton museum cat is proving that even our feline friends can make a positive impact in the world.
By supporting Indiana's mission, you're helping shelter animals find loving homes - just like Indiana did.
